Rockefeller Center has launched Skylift, a new, open-air revolving platform at the Top of the Rock Observation Deck. This thrilling experience elevates visitors 900 feet above New York City, offering unparalleled 360-degree views of the skyline.
Opening on October 1, Skylift takes guests three stories above the 70th floor of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, where they’ll enjoy unobstructed vistas of the city from a platform designed to reflect the iconic art deco architecture of Rockefeller Center. As the platform rotates, visitors are treated to a panoramic experience, creating the sensation of floating among the skyscrapers.
Skylift tickets are available as a $35 add-on to standard Top of the Rock admission, with access included for VIP ticket holders. In addition to breathtaking views, Skylift features a stunning LED light show visible across the city, further enhancing its status as a must-visit attraction.
The debut of Skylift marks the completion of Rockefeller Center’s multi-year revitalization, which also includes new dining, retail, and cultural experiences. This new attraction is a testament to Rockefeller Center’s continued innovation and place as a premier destination for both locals and international visitors.
